At TAMZN, we take pride in creating quality jewelry designed for everyday wear. That's why every TAMZN piece is backed by our 6-Month Warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.
What Is Covered
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, including:

Faulty clasps, closures, or hinges

Broken chains resulting from a manufacturing defect

Stones that become loose or fall out due to a manufacturing fault

Structural defects in the jewelry

Defects in plating caused by a manufacturing issue
If a fault covered by this warranty occurs within 6 months of receiving your order, we will replace the item at no additional cost.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:

Lost or stolen items

Accidental damage

Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or improper storage

Scratches, dents, bending, or general wear and tear

Damage resulting from alterations, repairs, or modifications made by a third party

Normal wear and tear, scratches, accidental damage or natural fading that may occur over time.

Our team will review your claim and respond as soon as possible.
Warranty Resolution
Approved warranty claims are eligible for a replacement of the same item only. Refunds, exchanges, and store credits are not available under this warranty.
If the original item is no longer available, TAMZN reserves the right to provide a comparable replacement of equal value.
Disclaimer
TAMZN reserves the right to determine whether a claim is the result of a manufacturing defect or normal wear and tear. Any item showing signs of misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized modification may not be covered under this warranty.
