Protected Checkout (U.S. Only)

If you purchased with Protected Checkout + Shipping Protection, there is no cost to return your package.

Standard Checkout (No Shipping Protection)

If you didn’t purchase Protected Checkout, you can still initiate a return through our returns center.
You’ll receive a pre-paid return label or QR code at our discounted shipping rates. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

DEFECTIVE OR FAULTY ITEMS

If you receive a defective or faulty item, please email TAMZN Customer Support before initiating a return.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue

Do not initiate a return through the returns portal for defective items, as this may delay resolution.

TAMZN RETURN GUIDELINES
  • Your return must be lodged within 30 days of purchase.

  • Jewelry must be new, unworn, unused, and in original TAMZN packaging

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted

  • Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange

  • Original shipping fees and shipping protection are non-refundable

TAMZN is not responsible for refunds if items are returned outside the 30-day window, are not in original condition, or are missing original packaging.

REFUNDS
  • Refunds or exchanges are processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting your return

  • Please allow up to 3 business days for the refund to appear in your account

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

LOST RETURNS

If a return is lost in transit, customers must provide a valid tracking number as proof of return.
TAMZN is not responsible for lost returns without tracking confirmation.

EXCHANGES

If you’d like to exchange for a different item:

  1. Return your original order through the returns center

  2. Place a new order for the desired item

This ensures the fastest processing and availability.
